A totally
self-taught artist, Zane is our award winning in-house artist. He's defied
categorization in his career by expanding into most genres of art: portrait, fantasy,
sci-fi, realism, surreal, and whatever else catches his fancy at the time.
Zane's insistence on not listening to his art teachers in high school and knack for winning awards annoyed his teachers to no end. His award winning ways haven't ceased since he graduated in the early 1990s, and he has no intention of stopping in his work. His talent expands beyond art, as he is also a skilled, award winning poet, preparing to break out into publication with his first collection of poetry "Ways of Madness".
Zane currently lives in the Cumberland Mountains of Kentucky with his daughter, who is the inspiration behind his chosen career. Originally looking for a career elsewhere, Zane has taken a job with us that gives him the flexible hours he needs to care for his daughter how he sees fit. We here rather like his new profession, and even let him freelance his work, too.
